What is the fit of your hats? We get this question a lot. All of our hats are one size fits most & adjustable. The only differences are the styles (Classic and Trucker) and “light flights” are kids hats for the young traveler.
When can I expect my order? Once you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation email. The good news: Monday – Friday all orders placed before 2PM CST will ship the same day from our warehouse. We give all of our customers priority shipping and tracking. Once the order is fulfilled: 2-3 business days.
Note: Orders shipping outside the continental U.S. can take a few extra days to arrive.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. We also offer international shipping to customers in Canada.
What does shipping cost?
All orders are shipped priority mail through USPS. Prices vary upon destination & weight.
Can I get my order overnighted?
We will do our best to accommodate you. Please email email@example.com with “Overnight Shipping” in the subject line.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we DO NOT offer returns/refunds. We do offer exchanges on all unworn and/or damaged products.
How do I set up an exchange? Also, I received a damage or defective hat or the wrong order:

Note the reason for exchange and what you are requesting to receive in exchange. We’d love to hear your feedback too.

RESTOCKING / SUGGESTIONS
We welcome all suggestions and feedback. However, it is up to our discretion on what will be restocked or add to each collection. We base our decision on the season, demand and the wholesale request.
At this time, we only offer custom hats to retailers or organizations that can meet the 72 hat order minimum. Visit our custom order page for all the details and to fill out the custom order request form!
